When you use one of our temps you can feel comfortable knowing that we treat our temps as W-2 wage earners / employees of our agency. We cover all payroll taxes, workers comp, general public and professional liability insurance and we also provide benefits for our temps, including paid sick, holiday and vacation time. Dakota DesignStaff, Inc. uses a screening process that ensures our candidates are a great match for a specific job opening. Using a variety of methods we screen the candidate's resume, personal information, preferences and work history. Then we meet with each candidate for design portfolio review and talent assessment. Only following this stringent screening will a candidate be scheduled for a client interview.
