Our client has an opening for an experienced and talented Project Architect with educational of institutional design experience to join their studio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience with design, construction documents, specifications, construction admin, project management, and client interface. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet client expectations, manage consultants and handle workload and scheduling challenges associated with multiple projects.

  • Seven years demonstrated experience in a Project Manager position, or; 10+ years of demonstrated experience

  • Demonstrated record of project success on work valued from $1M to $15M+
  • Participate in the selection and pursuit process, assisting the business development and drafting teams with bid proposals, schedule development and project planning and design

Requirements:

  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) license preferred.
  • 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a focus on water control infrastructure projects.
  • Previous precast work experience preferred, design and technical analysis of precast structures.
